CHALLENGES REGULATIONS

1. Organization of the Idea Challenge

The company, hereafter the "Organizing Company", organizes a Challenge of Ideas on Braineet with determined start and end dates, called "Challenge of Ideas", whose participation is free and without obligation to purchase.

As part of the Idea Challenge, the Organizing Company entrusts the execution of some of its obligations defined below to the Braineet company, a simplified joint stock company with capital of 1030.9 euros, whose head office is located 158ter rue du temple 75003 Paris and registered with the Paris RCS under the number 800 287 120. Braineet then acts in the name and on behalf of the Organizing Company.

The status of winner is subject to the validity of the participation of the Participant (hereinafter the “Participant”). Participation in the Idées Challenge implies the unconditional acceptance of these regulations in their entirety (hereinafter the “Idées Challenge Regulations”), the rules of ethics in force on the Internet, as well as the laws, regulations ( notably tax) and other texts applicable in France. The Rules therefore apply to any Participant who participates in the Idea Challenge. The Participants acknowledge that in the event of a violation of one of its provisions, the Organizing Company will have the possibility of considering the participation and / or the awarding of the prize as null.

2. Conditions of participation

Any user who is a member of Braineet, natural person or moral, can participate in the Challenge of Ideas. Member users under the age of 18 will require a major guarantor to collect a prize.

The Ideas Challenge is accessible at any time on the Braineet site between the start and end dates indicated by the Organizing Company, subject to any maintenance operation or technical problem encountered by the site .

This participation is free and without obligation to purchase.

3. Prize

At the end of the Idea Challenge, a preliminary ranking is established according to the number of “likes” mentions of the content of the Challenge.

Braineet and the Organizing Company check with all the means at their disposal the validity of each of the "likes" and update the classification accordingly.

This preliminary classification thus allows the Organizing Company to discover the contents already classified by the community. Then, the Organizing Company selects according to its own criteria the winning content of the Challenge which wins the Prizes.

Winners will receive an email notification of their result within fifteen (15) days of the Idea Challenge end date. The terms for sending or making the prize available will then be specified.

They are then asked to provide their contact details as well as a scanned proof of identity of the award-winning major user or of the major guarantor of the award-winning minor user, for sending their prize to the address indicated within sixty (60) days of sending the required information about the Participant.

If the award-winning user does not provide his contact details within sixty (60) days, if he has not been able to prove his identity, his majority or find a major guarantor, he will be downgraded. This prize cannot be claimed and will remain the property of the Organizing Company.

4. Ideas Challenge Prize

The prizes offered cannot give place on the part of the winner to any dispute of any kind, nor the delivery of their cash equivalent, nor their replacement or exchange for another prize for any reason whatsoever.

The prizes are non-transferable and Participants are informed that the sale or exchange of prizes is prohibited. In case of unavailability of the price initially planned and presented, the Organizing Company will be free to substitute a prize of a similar value, of the same brand or of a different brand, or its equivalent in cash.

At the end of the ideas challenge , all participants may be contacted by email by Braineet and the Organizing Company for a period of three (3) months, in order to continue the discussion around their content. For this purpose, their first name, last name, profile photo, city of residence will be sent to the Organizing Company. You can ask not to be contacted again by sending an email to support@braineet.com .

In return for the benefit of the prize, the winners authorize the Organizing Company to use their first name, last name, profile photo, city of residence in its physical communication or on the Internet or on the Braineet site, without this use may give rise to any right to any remuneration other than the prize won.

6. Confidentiality

In order to allow the Organizing Company to study and / or produce the content suggested by the Participants, each of the Participants, prize winners or not, undertakes to keep confidential all information contained in any non-public exchanges that they may have with the Organizing Company during or after the Challenge d 'Ideas. This confidentiality commitment will remain valid for a period of six (6) months following the end date of the Idea Challenge. The Organizing Company may cancel the sending of the prize or demand its return or its financial compensation in the event of violation of this commitment.

7. Cancellation

Braineet reserves the right to cancel, shorten, to suspend the Idea Challenge if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular in a computerized manner within the framework of participation in the Idea Challenge. Braineet and the Organizing Company reserve the right, in this case, not to allocate an endowment to fraudsters and / or to prosecute the authors of these frauds before the competent courts.
